Very rude staff, especially Susan, who handles the uniforms. Very, very rude; they speak in a condescending tone. They were also rude to the elderly. I would have given a zero-star rating if I could.

Terrible attitude from staff member Lim Kim Hock, who was stationed at Temasek Polytechnic on 16/08/2021. Falsely accusing the public of causing trouble on campus with a sweeping statement, and then accusing them of not being cooperative even when documents were handed over as requested. My documents were taken out of my sight for verification, which is very unprofessional as it raises the probability of mishandling or tampering by the checker. Security services are meant to keep the facility safe, but I felt threatened and unsafe, fearing accusation by APRO.

It was a smooth, professional and seamless process from start to end. Great service provided by Kuhan and Bakar gives me peace of mind now that we have CCTV security set up. Highly recommended!
