Fast food, but I had to wait 30 minutes just for a burger. Not even busy.

Worst BK ever. I waited nearly 10 minutes at the counter for my food. The burger had been sitting there for over 5 minutes, and even the patty had cooled to room temperature. My drink had been sitting in the open for longer than 5 minutes, and the cheese on my fries had caked. Disgusting. The service was even worse than the food: staff didn't care when I asked if my food was ready and showed them my "food stamps"—it was like I had to beg them. And when I tried to tell them about the wait, they just turned a deaf ear. There was no point in showing them the burger anymore. And the feedback page doesn't have a "submit" button. What a joke.

Try the double rendang beef burger. The burger looks smaller, and the beef tastes like cheap minced meat! It doesn’t taste fresh and feels dry!

Came here for breakfast because the “shop opposite” was packed. The breakfast here is all pretty heavy, so I got a kids meal (pancakes), which was probably the only thing I could stomach for an early morning meal. Like most fast food chains, unless you take the soft drink option, you’ll have to top up $1-$2 to get other drinks.

Super slow service. Many workers, few orders, and it still takes a very long time. It's super frustrating to wait there and see how they serve food that slowly. Fast food becomes slow food. The chair there is spoiled and never removed. I will attach the video to prevent the next victims.

Not too sure what kind of monstrosity of a burger this place serves. I was highly appalled by the look of the mushroom burger when I opened the wrapper. I thought the burgers from the seasonal menu should look or taste decent. But this burger was just a piece of work. The burger looked like there was mould on it. I had to ask the counter people if the burger was spoilt, and they just said... "It's the sauce." Anyway, I decided to trust them while prepping myself for a visit to Ng Teng Fong Hospital. However, the burger tasted worse than it looked. There was one whole mushroom in it which I couldn't even bite off... Furthermore, there was so much mushroom juice coming out of it which made it super messy to eat. In the end, I just ate the patty and bread. Whoever thought of this menu deserves the best chef award for animals.

Here's the edited review: "I came at dinner time. I was served cold pies, limp fries, cold nuggets, and cold, hard onion rings. Worst of all, I ordered two bottles of mineral water but was only given one cup of ice and had to share using tiny cups. I literally had to top up the cups every time I took a sip. I also had to share one piece of napkin. Why so stingy? I ordered two meals for two people!"

I am still having my brekkie here and witnessed the nice lady, Ms. Geraldine, very patiently help an uncle order his coffee. She was sweet and nice towards the uncle. Such a lovely lady! BK, please positively appraise this wonderful lady, Ms. Geraldine!
