Unfair treatment to customers. The cleaner was sent to the office for using their mobile phone, and the supervisor still supported them, stating it was their rest hour. Observations: At 10 am, 11 am, 3 pm, and 4 pm, the cleaner was seen in the pantry using their phone. At 12 pm, in the pantry having lunch. At 1 pm, at the smoking area. Photo attached. The cleaner was sleeping.

I will never engage their service. The sales team and the general manager don't even take complaints seriously. Their cleaner never fulfills the requirements and is happy to only work for two hours.
