Kindness was far from evident with the three ladies. They made no effort at all, no greeting or even a 'please'. We wanted to buy multiple pairs, but were deterred by the unfriendliness. Missed opportunity!

Just now, I came down to IMM to buy a present for my cousin. I wanted to buy Chuck 70. I was being served by one handsome guy. Suddenly, I was shocked when one of the staff started yelling at a man who was coming into the store while eating Old Chang Kee. She said, "You know you cannot eat in my store; it's already posted at the front of the store," and more she said, but I can't remember. I know you cannot eat in the store, but I think it can be told in a proper way. Not by shouting at the guy. This behavior is not good for the store's atmosphere, especially with many customers around. So I just left the store.

I recently purchased a pair of Converse shoes from Jurong at IMM and I'm absolutely thrilled with the price I got! The shoes are authentic and of great quality, and the discount was unbeatable. Highly recommend checking out Jurong at IMM for amazing deals on Converse! The retailer (lady wearing tudung) was so helpful and recommended some good finds! We need more like her in all outlets.
