Here's an edited version of the review: "I had 4 tracks installed; 2 of them were poorly done due to uneven walls. One of these even had a gap between the installed track and the wall because the screw was not drilled all the way in. I gave feedback that this was not safe. In response, he found some debris around my house (as my house was under renovation) and inserted it to fill the gap. However, they did not properly finish the job by filling the gap, claiming that they do not do such things. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend Eubiq due to extremely poor workmanship."

Purchased a 2.0m track for my resale. Previously, I had already been using Eubiq for 9 to 10 years. It was convenient and very durable. Highly recommended.

Multiple revisits to Eubiq. Always our first choice for our own use or as a housewarming gift! Pleasant shopping experience, and Shoklin was patient and provided lots of information while we visited at the IMM store. Highly recommended.

Bought 2m power track. Went around comparing the different brands and decided on Eubiq. To be honest, it wasn't a difficult choice. One of the factors was definitely the product knowledge that the sales team pitched. My sales rep was Shoklin. She patiently went through the product specifications and the pros Eubiq has over the other brands. Unfortunately, other brands failed to deliver any benefits over Eubiq, other than having more colours. Do look for Shoklin if you would like to know more about Eubiq power tracks.

Delivery was on time, and the two engineers who came were professional and provided good service. They communicated well, and were fast and efficient. Happy to have bought Eubiq, as the product is of good quality.
