I am due for key collection, but the staff in charge has been unresponsive. Other new owners are facing similar issues.

Does not reply to emails or follow up on straightforward matters in the condominium unless queried by the volunteers in the Management Council. Very disappointing that residents have to tolerate the inefficient and unprofessional personnel working in the condo.

Eric is probably the **worst** excuse for a human being to have ever stepped on the face of this earth. God should let us have Harambe back instead.

The management style is very poor, and there is a constant change of managers. Also, their security is very bad. Many instances of theft have occurred, and they couldn't catch anyone. Also, the MA doesn't care about residents' feedback and promoted commercial tennis coaching in the facilities. Many such incidents have occurred, and absolutely no responsibility is taken.
