Always love their bread and cakes. They are good and cheap compared to other bakeries.

Service is bad. The staff refused to cut the bread to the requested size when other outlets had no problem doing so.

I would like to lodge a complaint against one of your staff cashiers (Winnie) at IMM. I requested to purchase slices of cake, but she was very rude in taking the cake and showed an unprofessional attitude towards me.

I've been a customer here many times. The skinny aunty is very rude. She never put the bread into the green carrier plastic bag. However, when I asked her to, she just took one plastic bag, put it there, and expected me to pack it myself.
