Not the kindest staff. They stressed customers for trying. We had a few more we liked, but we didn't want to annoy the staff, so we just left.

I’m sharing my bad experience with a lady staff member from Goldlion at IMM. It happened on March 15, 2020, approximately 6:30 PM, when my son and I walked into the store to buy pants. After trying a few sizes, my son decided not to buy because of the waist size. I thanked her for the service but was surprised when the sales lady sarcastically replied, asking why I didn't want to buy after trying a few, and adding that she felt we had just wasted their time. I feel Goldlion should educate their staff and not pressure customers into buying their products.

We were told there was a 35% discount for shoes during my hubby's birthday month, so we went to the IMM outlet today. Due to their 53rd anniversary, there was a shelf of dress shoes for $59, but none were in my hubby's size. Another shelf had shoes from $79 to $129. As they were already discounted, the birthday discount didn't apply. Although disappointed, hubby managed to choose 1 pair for $79. When paying, the salesman apologized and said it was actually $129. First, the sales staff were a bit curt and unfriendly throughout. Only when the price turned out to be wrong did the salesman apologize profusely. We left without buying. Major disappointment with Goldlion!

Lots of good bargains on clothes. Shirts average around 40+ each. I could change my whole wardrobe! :)
