Don't buy their house brand KrisRoz tap. Its quality is terrible; it doesn't last even a year. And they know it; that's why they only give a 6-month warranty. I bought two of these taps for my kitchen, and both started to leak after about nine months. They simply refuse to accept my claim, saying that the warranty is only six months.

We decided to visit IMM because it has a great selection of furniture and bathroom accessories. We stumbled upon Hoe Kee and were drawn in by the variety of mirror sizes and designs on display. We found the salesman to be incredibly helpful, especially as he guided us through the many different options available. He even opened up the mirror and shelf for us to double-check everything, which was reassuring. We appreciated how he tried to secure the items for easy transport on our motorbike ride home.
While we've read mixed reviews online about Hoe Kee, we had a great experience. The service we received was above average, and the prices were reasonable. We're happy with our purchase.

Terrible after-sales service from IMM Store.
One of the men from the store actually had no patience and said 'customer KPKB' after what they delivered was in terrible condition; the box didn't even show 'American Standard' and seemed repackaged and resold.
