Lots of stuff; no futons.

Bought over $500 of product. The salesperson recommended another long pillow, but the available color wasn't what I wanted. He asked me to buy it, promising to give me an extra cover in the color I wanted the following week, as that color was not available in the shop at the time. When I went back the following week to collect it, he told me he couldn't give me the free cover, as they had a new policy. It's not about the price of the case, but the promise from a retailer. If you hadn't promised, I wouldn't have bought the long pillow, which wasn't the color I wanted in the first place.
