Poor quality wheels that caused significant damage to my wooden flooring. They still had the cheek to say that they would help me dispose of the bed “out of goodwill.” Will never buy from them!

We bought from them during their Atrium sale at IMM. When we had to go back to their main store, we had a very bad experience with their salesman Steven Choo. At first, we were not being served by him, but he decided to meddle in our affairs, eventually spoiling our day. We wanted to purchase more beds from them, but because of his attitude and rudeness, we decided against it. Our experience with him was horrible, so I would suggest others not be served by him.

Dodgy shop. Don't buy from them. Ordered a bed frame and chose a fabric that was on display. The outcome was VERY different. Clean grey became dirty grey. The receipt came with 10 terms and conditions (they didn't inform us to read before signing) which don't allow us to get a refund or free change. They even bolded the T&C regarding variation on fabric colour. It says a lot. They can't ensure the quality.
