Love the couch we bought a year ago. It is full-leather and super comfy, especially comfortable for those with a shorter Asian stature. Came back to buy another similar model for our other place that had yet to TOP — hoping and expecting to get the same quality and comfort. Customer service in sales is also superb. Well done!

We came to IMM outlet to search for sofas and dining table. They had a wide selection. Max was very attentive to our questions. He even suggested colors that could go well with our house. We came out of the store feeling satisfied with our purchase.

Thank you so much again to Kelvin for attending to our needs (after our few visits at IMM). And this time (in May), we finally bought a perfect leather sofa (at Mondi again). We were so impressed with Kelvin’s good service, sincere opinions, and of course, his patience! (In February and March, we bought a marble-top dining table and a few other items, and are now waiting eagerly for all to be delivered once my house renovation is completed.)
