Seeking a salesperson to understand more about the product, I was scolded by Judy Tan. She is very rude and unwilling to help, and ended up cutting off my call. Extremely bad service from this kind of people.

So apparently, they have an old website, and I was able to order through it. I called and asked for delivery progress and was told how I was able to order from the old website. Pricing was higher than what I was expecting. Order at your own risk.

I emailed, and they returned a call. I got a huge scolding because Chloe was lazy to check my current model specs and insisted that I had provided her the model specification. Avoid using their service.
