Very, very bad service. The Chinese aunty at IMM was so rude when taking the order. She scolded the customer and was impatient. I will never go to this branch again unless the service improves.

The business was scheduled to open at 10 am, but staff told me it would open at 10:15 am. This made a few customers wait. The cash register wasn't ready yet, and they even asked customers for small change for convenience.

Oh my goodness, yesterday, I bought fried tiger prawns, popiah, prawn nuggets, and crab nuggets. Four hours later, I got non-stop diarrhea, and until today, I keep going to the toilet non-stop, every three hours.
