Staff is rude and reluctant to help. When I asked for a measuring tape, they gave me a certain look. Whatever question I asked, to her it was as if I was asking a silly question.

Staff didn't bother to help and were rude, so we just left. New model couldn't be tested. Waste of time.

I bought the chair, and it did not work from day one. The customer service hotline doesn't work, and the staff at the shop said they would call back. Absolutely disappointed, given the product costs $3,000.

There was a lack of customer service from staff when collecting a free Back Support. I understand that we weren't providing incentives to your staff, but we could be future customers, or even past customers. The Back Support was useless anyway. So, no chance of me buying any more of their products.
