Engaged one of their IDs a few years back. When collecting the cheque, they definitely appeared. But when it came to renovation work, it took a few days. I experienced a problem with my vinyl flooring in the second year. It took some time for them to get the contractor to come and fix it, as it was still under warranty. One year later, the same problem was back again. I asked them for the contact information so I could call the contractor again (past the warranty period). The ID ignored me. So I reached out to the husband, who is also an ID from the same company. He told me he was still looking into it after a week. Disappointment.
