No number to call, poor customer service, and they also never reply to emails.

I placed a deposit on November 25th, 2018, at the IMM outlet. It's now January 8th, 2019. You can imagine how long I’ve waited. Sales representative Elson said delivery would be within two weeks from the initial deposit date. I messaged the sales representative to ask for an update on the delivery date when the initial delivery date was due, but he chose to ignore my query. Today, I went to the shop to ask for a refund of my deposit, and guess what? Another sales representative, Stanley, chose not only to communicate in Hokkien but also claimed that the cash register had no cash! I can't believe such irresponsible work practices from the sales staff. I will totally avoid and will not recommend this shop to anyone. A super bad experience!
