Barbara also encouraged us to test various pillows in combination with the bed I was interested in, which really helped me understand what would work best for my needs.

Good shopping experience at Sealy IMM.
I called earlier to check the promotion, after checking offers at other branches.
I finally made a trip down to finalise the transaction.
Good advice and help from Vincent Loh. He helped us get a better deal when we purchased two mattresses.
Friendly smiles from the other two sales advisors, with a bit of small talk.
I will return if I need more mattresses, and will recommend them to family and friends.
The only drawback was that the 10% discount from Kris+ was not allowed due to in-store discounts. It would have made it an even sweeter shopping experience. It would have been a 5 🌟 if not for this minor issue.

I visited the Sealy showroom at IMM this evening and was pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated space. The showroom is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable chairs where customers can sit and try out the mattresses at ease.
The staff were very approachable and professional. They took the time to understand my needs, introduced the various products clearly, and offered helpful suggestions without any pressure. I would like to give special thanks to Kent Goo for his excellent service — he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.
