Boss, could you please take your store seriously? Went to buy fruit. There were two employees. One was making juice, and the other seemed confused and kept talking. They were an auntie and a young boy. If you are occupied, you can tell the customer, "Please wait." It is not right for the customer to stand there waiting for you. Boss, if you see this, please manage the employees, especially imm. This is really bad.

IMM SF has very lousy and disappointing service. Not only is the attending customer service officer rude but also angsty. I am very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend.

Here's the edited review: "I was planning to order fruit juice, but there was no one at the counter or in the shop. Customers just came and waited for a while and left because no one was serving. No one was in the shop, and there was no sign showing that it was closed. This was around 4 PM."

This is the rudest aunty I have ever seen. She simply ignored me when I was trying to order juice from her. When I asked about the membership, she told me to read it myself. Then she just walked away. How can a business survive with such an employee? I then went to LiHo to buy avocado juice, and the experience was so different. Never ever patronize this SF fruit juice store at IMM again!!

Worst lemon juice ever. It tastes like sour dishwashing water, with no sugar. The aunties were rude and could barely speak English. It's pricey, too. Should be avoided.

Given the many orders before mine, the cashier inevitably missed my order. However, other workers continued to serve other customers while pressuring him to find my order. Afterwards, even when there were no customers, they continued to stress him about finding my order. Why can't they just make the juice right away? They even doubted that I had paid for my drinks? Why would I try to cheat them? I even requested a small cup, not a big one. I may not look angry, but I am. And thanks for not being apologetic, too.

Never visit! Terrible service! Don't waste your money on their juice! The staff argued and accused customers that the Lazada voucher was not redeemed, even though the code was clearly keyed in in front of her and a transaction screenshot with time and date was shown to her. She accused the customer of "NEVER redeemed" and threatened not to give the juice. She just hid inside and refused to serve or look at your mobile phone redemption details at the counter. The juice was very diluted and tasted mainly of raw, stale watermelon.
