The servicing for my Spectra S1+ was fast and straightforward. It was easy to locate despite the industrial area. The repair was done in 15 minutes (the motor had suction issues, so it was replaced). My wife also received good tips on care and maintenance.

Super bad experience. We ordered from them at a mummy fair at Expo on Jan 24. We were told that it was only for pre-order, so we went ahead with the pre-order. We were told it would be ready by the end of January, but it dragged on until CNY. We were also told that pre-orders included freebies, specifically a breast milk collection cup. This wasn't given when the order was delayed. When we asked them about it, they claimed the receipt didn't mention it. This is nonsense, especially since they displayed it so prominently on the counter at the expo for everyone to see. Then they kept saying they would get back to us next week. It's been three weeks already, and every week when we ask, the response is 'we'll get back to you next week.' Such a big company, yet they don't stand by their word.

Purchased the Spectra S1+ at baby fair in Dec 2023. Was told it was a pre-order and would be delivered 1 month prior to my EDD or earlier. My EDD is April 6, and as of March 12, no call, no message, no email update on the delivery. I called them and was informed that they were still on March EDDs, and mine would likely only be delivered next week. So, are they sure I won't go into labor earlier? When I questioned them again because the T&Cs clearly stated it would be delivered 1 month prior or earlier, they said they would check with the warehouse and update by this week. Does that mean it might be out of stock now? I saw a previous review where the item was delivered without the freebies. I hope my freebies will arrive. If I had researched this company more, I most likely would not have bought from them. Their social media updates all stopped in January 2023, and the mobile number listed on their social media is no longer in use.

Located on the 5th floor, on the warehouse side of IMM. If driving, it's best to drive up to the extended carpark on Level 5 and park near the warehouse lobby. If walking in, you can take the escalators up from the side entrance, near the Giant supermarket. Our pump had zero suction, and YC at the counter was super helpful with the diagnosis. The parts were changed within 15 minutes and were working as new again. She also gave a lot of good tips to extend the life of the parts and keep them working well. And even if they can't fix it on the spot, they have loaner pumps you can borrow while getting yours fixed!

There were some issues with customs, leading to a delay in receiving my Spectra UV sterilizer. But the customer service was excellent; while waiting for my actual unit to arrive, they loaned me a working display unit so I could prepare for my child's arrival. Kudos to the staff, especially the long-haired and bespectacled lady who helped us at the mummy fair in May 2024. On top of being very effective, she was also very knowledgeable about the products.

We pre-ordered the Spectra S1+ and collected it at the May 25 Baby Fair. After collecting the product, we proceeded to the demonstration booth as we wanted to understand more about it and how to use it, but we were attended by an inexperienced young staff member who gave very superficial information. Clearly, there was a lack of training for Spectra's part-timers. We were very disappointed with their booth. We haven't started using the product yet; otherwise, we would have given it 1 star in this review instead.
