Overall terrible experience. The couches and tables are horrifyingly dirty. Food and drinks are good, but they could improve their cleanliness. Please do something about this. Change the couches' material so that it's easier to clean. Because seriously, this is disgusting and awfully repulsive. Mold is already visible growing on those same couches.

Visited recently with my family. Ordered Pandan Gula Melka and Thousand Leaves Cake Slices. Drinks included Caramel Cappuccino and Chai Tea Latte. Service was on the slower side, but the cakes tasted very good, and the Cappuccino was also very good. The tea latte was OK. It was quite crowded in the evenings.

The cleanliness of the cafe needs improvement. Many customers didn’t return their cutlery or trays, and there were no signs or reminders to do so. As a result, several tables were left cluttered for a long time, and staff didn’t seem to clear them regularly. Tea cups are also not cleaned properly. All of these affected the overall experience.

I ordered two coffees at around 4:40 PM on a weekday (so it wasn't crowded), and both were poor quality. I specifically asked for oat milk and paid extra for it, but they still made it with regular milk. The other drink had lumps of some white powder. This is absolutely dangerous for someone who is lactose intolerant! I hope they read this and actually use oat milk in future drinks.

I like the localized combination, yet it has its own twist and taste. I would prefer they use butter and raise the half-boiled egg standard to match their competitors'.
