Horrid service. Very rude and aggressive. The owner of the shop, when it was still in Park Mall, was so kind and patient. Bought 2 clocks from him years ago. Looks like his son has taken over. Destroyed the whole shopping experience. Will never return. If only there were a grade lower than 1 star....

Oh, do they even deserve one star? I called about sending a clock I bought from them for repair. Their website states their closing time is 8 pm. I arrived at 7:15 pm and was told they actually close at 7:30 pm regularly. I was then told not to come close to closing time. Totally unreliable! Don't visit unless you don't mind non-existent after-sales service!

Friendly uncle who helped to fix my Twemco clock twice. The first time was in 2017, and the second time was in 2024. And the amazing thing is, the price charged is the same! Definitely an honest seller! Thank you, Mr. Wong!

Alternatively, you can call him for recommendations and to inquire about existing stock. Service: An experienced man of the trade. Clocks are well-kept, and he can be trusted with them for repair. Cost/Value for money: Yes. You need a trustworthy person to manage your prized assets, and he delivers.
