HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd even call it zero service. We were waiting to pay, but the cashier had disappeared for the last 15 minutes and was uncontactable. Every staff member I asked refused to try and contact the cashier and said, "IT'S BEYOND MY CONTROL."

Crappy and overpriced products. The thermal wear wool smells like a sulphur-like chemical smell even after several washes.

1 star for a specific staff member (Malay female) at the IMM outlet who stopped me from checking out their products. Perhaps I looked too poor, wearing shorts and slippers, while looking to buy Rimowa lookalike luggage.
To be fair, another lady was attending to me before that, and she was friendly.

Don't go. The service attitude was very bad. It looks like they don't want you to buy anything at all, especially an auntie staff member. I was looking for a winter jacket and asked her to let me try on more. But she showed me a bad attitude and told me, "Do you want to try all the jackets?"... What a bad experience!

All the winter gear purchased here failed. The down jacket, supposedly waterproof, was soaked within minutes. The boots were soaked as well. The gloves, advertised to allow phone scrolling, didn't work as intended. Lastly, the sales staff recommended a thermal that was too small for my kid. A total waste of money.

Hi, I am very disappointed with the experience and quality of the new luggage I purchased from your IMM Store this evening, 27/4. I had requested a brand new piece. However, when I reached home, the wheel was super noisy, like I had purchased an unbranded item or something from a night market. It was very embarrassing when I was on the train. Everyone was looking at my "new luggage." Moreover, there were already scratches on the surface, and within the handle, there was a row of obvious discolored parts as well. I never thought such a $229 luggage could be defective and sold to a client. The other two luggage pieces in the store were even more horrible than this one. That's why I thought this was the best option. Thus, I am here to request a refund and return for this brand new piece, which I've had for less than 24 hours. Please look into it seriously.

Visited the place today, and I was assisted by SHAFFA (I didn't know if I spelled the name correctly). She's so patient, just allowing me to take my time choosing which luggage to buy. She's such a gem in a shop!

Winter Times IMM fell short of even the most basic expectations. The materials used were shockingly low quality, leaving me questioning the value of anything in the store. The service was a complete letdown, with staff members displaying a level of ignorance that was not only frustrating but also indicative of a lack of training or care.
To make matters worse, the shop had an unmistakable and unpleasant odor that lingered throughout, making the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. It's disheartening when a place not only fails to meet expectations but also manages to create a negative atmosphere. I would strongly advise against wasting time or money at Winter Times IMM based on my regrettable encounter with the store.
