Would give 0 if it's possible. I asked for a quotation on a seat and was told to contact Dato Najib. Don't waste your time with this trash store. The ah pek there was just wasting our time.

A very, very bad customer experience. I called and confirmed stock. I went all the way down just to be told he was mistaken. He could have called me back as he had my number, but never bothered. Stay away at all costs! Dishonest and shady.

Very bad customer service, and not knowledgeable. When I called to inquire before heading down, they didn't give much information. They asked me to come down, saying they needed to view it, but when I came down, I thought it was a motorbike workshop. Unfortunately, it's a warehouse. When I asked them to quote the price range, they couldn't give an approximate price or even a range. They posted on Carousell that items were all in stock, but when I arrived, they said I needed to order. What is the use of posting and being unable to give the correct info? There was no politeness. They said we were shouting, whereas the tone he was using was as if he was too lazy to entertain. And worst of all, before we had finished our inquiry, he shut us down. Very rude uncle.

I just wanted to inquire about an item's price, but I had to come down to the store to get a quotation. I saw others mention wasting time if they came down to the store, so I didn't bother going down.

Thought I'd travel to Jurong to see the product and its quality. The location was difficult to find, and despite being advertised on Carousel with current business hours, the unit was empty. After sending a direct message, I got zero response. I like to try and support local businesses, but after a wasted journey and poor response, I would recommend finding a more interested company. Thankfully, nothing was purchased, as I would imagine the after-sales service would be equally lacking.

**If any of you still go after seeing these reviews, you deserve to have your time wasted.** It's quite a confusing place, located deep within the IMM building. Their business operates on Carousell and is by "order" basis. I called them, and I was told to come down to the shop to view items, as they couldn't give me a price over the phone. I had to come all the way down before they could quote. I was fine with that until I came all the way down, only to be told that I must look through their Carousell listings so they know what I want. Couldn't the person on the phone have just told me that, instead of making me waste my time coming all the way down? Edit: I'm convinced this place is for money laundering and not an actual business. 😂

Guys, if you don’t want to waste time, don’t buy anything from this shop. Their parts are ridiculously expensive, and the uncle was very rude. Horrendous customer service, contradictory information, and a complete rip-off. And the person who handles the Carousell account is so mean and very racist towards me. Their social media handlers are the worst people ever. And not to mention, I heard they posted fake reviews on their Carousell.

I would give zero stars if possible due to the following: * Posts fake prices and doesn't reveal prices. * Engages customers aggressively when asked for prices. * Customers make wasted trips if they go down to the shop and the product is not what they want. * Berates other sellers. If his product is good, why the need to hide prices? He has no guts to accept competitiveness. Customers prefer to compare prices. * Always starts the fight and plays the victim, saying he will make a police report. I strongly urge people to reconsider before buying from this guy. He is a sore loser, always badmouthing other sellers. A lot of people seem to have negative experiences with him. I will lodge a report with the consumer association and CCCS, as there is no price transparency.

Hassle-free service from start to end (from purchasing the exhaust pipe, waiting period, installation, and inspection). Overall, excellent service. Highly recommended if you want to purchase an Arrow pipe from Adventure on Wheels."

Pleasant purchase. The owner constantly gives updates and most importantly goes the extra mile to see that the exhaust installation and inspection went through smoothly. I ordered a QD decat for my Multistrada V4s and the ECU flash device. There was a delay from the factory in Italy, and globally, no one had stock. The seller did a superb job communicating with me, even sharing communications from the factory, which helped align and manage my expectations. The price was perfect, and the service matched.
