Initial service was okay, but the after-sales service was really bad. The Rega ceiling fan we bought was not durable, and the warranty was impractical because extra costs (transportation and diagnostic fees) were incurred to process a claim. In the end, we purchased a new KDK ceiling fan at NTUC Xtra, which offered better service and a better product.

Super horrible experience! Was told that delivery would be between 2-4 PM. Waited at home for delivery for two hours. I thought they might be late, but no. When I called their office, they directed us to call the installation guys, and the installation guys told us to call the office AGAIN. We ended up being told that their delivery truck had a problem, and they only called us at 4:40 PM. You could have told us that your truck had a problem earlier. However, what was funny was that they only called at 4:40 PM, while the delivery timing given was between 2-4 PM, and I had to call them first to check what was up. So, what were you doing before, if not delivering what I ordered within the given time? No sense of responsibility at all. I definitely won't be getting any items from here anymore. And to people who want to get items from here, please read up on the internet, as when I googled, there were so many bad reviews. :-) Honestly, it's not even one star out of five.

Horrible. I hope they fold. I was promised a Rega Fan, along with an invoice, but a Mountain Air Fan was sent instead. When I first went to this shop, I was served by a man, Alan, who quoted me $300 for a fan, lamp, and remote. When I went back to find the guy a second time, he wasn't around, so I checked with the salesman who was there (short hair, thin, scrawny). The salesman with short hair refused to honor the previously agreed price and asked me to take the Mountain Air fan instead. I refused, so I telephoned Alan, and he promised the Rega Fan. Eventually, a Mountain Air fan was delivered to me. As I was not home, I was only able to verify what was installed upon returning home, after the payment had already been made. This is a serious scam and a waste of time. I cannot accept such dishonest business.

Do not be deceived by their sales talk! I bought a heater from them and realized the bar was installed upside down. I immediately called the delivery man but was told to call their office. Their after-sales service is terrible and did not resolve the problem at all.

Here's the edited review: Very lousy service. We bought a Rega water heater and engaged our own plumber to install it. However, after installation, even when turned to the maximum setting of 10, the water was not warm at all, let alone hot. We had to turn the tap water flow to a very small trickle for it to be lukewarm. We then had no choice but to dismantle it and reinstall our old heater. When the technician came, he said he couldn't check it because it was not installed. We called IMM, informed them the heater they sold us was faulty, and requested to top up the difference for another brand, but they refused. NEVER VISIT THIS SHOP. Not honest, and lousy after-sales service.

I agree with the other feedback. I bought an instant water heater years back, which fortunately still works today. The salesman's attitude was very poor. I visited recently wanting to buy a new water heater. I was considering a storage heater and took a couple of photos of a model after enquiring about its price, only to be told, "Don't waste time; just buy the non-Wi-Fi model. Why did you bother asking about the price of the Wi-Fi model if you don't need it?"

Staff was rude and unhelpful. We wanted to ask a question about a heater, but he assumed we were not looking for one. He told us in an arrogant and unhelpful manner that he only sold heaters and fans. As he had an attitude problem, we decided to leave the shop. I read the other reviews and realized this shop had many bad reviews, and I had to agree.

I purchased lights and taps from this store, and unfortunately, half of the items were faulty. A few light covers **were** dented, and the tap I had installed leaked. When I requested someone to come inspect the issues, they informed me there would be a service charge, which was actually more expensive than the item itself. Despite making multiple trips to the store, nothing was resolved. I do not recommend this shop—very poor service.
