I bought the regular size Yusheng for takeaway. To my horror, when I reached home, I noticed that the pok chui biscuit packaging was open before, and they had just used masking tape to tape it back. The packaging had been tampered with. I was so disappointed, and it ruined our reunion dinner atmosphere. I hope the management will investigate and get back to me on this.

It's such a pity that the restaurant is newly renovated, with really good vibes, and the service was great. But the food was terrible. I don't think it's the fault of the employees, but more like business practices. Everything tasted like it had been frozen for too long, and wasn't seasoned properly.

Extremely disappointed with the condition of our birthday cake from Swensen's. The chocolate was cracked and falling apart upon collection. Not what we expected for a special celebration. Additionally, the cake pickup was delayed as staff insisted on the invoice number, despite us providing our name and contact information. Our celebration was disrupted.

Very good comfort food. Good quality control between branches. We ordered breaded chicken salad, chicken in basket, spicy fish oriental pasta with fried fish, clam chowder, Mac and cheese, and spicy fried chicken bites. The Chicken in basket was very good as usual — hot, crispy, and fresh. The Mac and cheese was very rich, which was nice. Service was rather slow. The ambience was crowded and noisy. There was a long queue after 6 pm.

A special thank you to Bernadette and her Manager, who was on duty on 11 July, for the warm and thoughtful service. They were so friendly, patient and helpful with recommendations, and their positive energy really made our visit even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back again. This place is a gem! Highly recommended for any ice cream lover, and I also recommend trying their local dishes!

Had a pleasant dining experience at Swensen’s IMM. The food came out fast, fresh, and flavorful. Classic favourites like the Mala Chicken were crispy and satisfying, with an awesome spicy level. Their Ice Cream Sundaes never disappoint – the Sticky Chewy Chocolate is a must-try for chocoholics.

We're at the IMM outlet. The food was delicious. My kids love it too. My kids also said that the manager on duty tonight is so kind and friendly, especially compared to the previous Malay manager. Today, I didn't get his name, but he is indeed so helpful and kind. He's Chinese and wears spectacles 😊 Thank you, Mr. Manager!! We can feel the sincerity of your service!! See you again sometime.

Visited on a weekday during lunchtime, and the restaurant was not fully packed. Ordered the BBQ chicken with rice and mac & cheese. The portion was huge, and it tasted surprisingly great, though the mac & cheese was cold when served. The downside was the slow service. Orders were piling up at the kitchen counter, and it took forever for the staff to serve them to customers. This caused the food to be lukewarm and not fresh when served. That said, the food was pretty good, and the atmosphere in this newly renovated restaurant was nice.

Had the pleasure of an evening snack at Swensen’s IMM. It was a delight to meet Mr. Hari Om, and our server, Bing Yang, was a wonderful, energetic young fellow. The food was great as well, and they also had vegetarian options for my wife. Would definitely be returning to try out more of their fare!

The portion of fish and chips is big. Came here for the black pepper pasta; it's always been my favorite black pepper pasta from here. The taste hasn't changed after so many years. The ingredients might have been tweaked a little.
