Customer service is horrid. I would give zero stars if I could. Yes, they operate by a number system, but when I got there, there were multiple orders. So I reached out to two staff members, but both ignored me even when I showed my receipt. I think the manager and service crew should change jobs if they do not intend to provide any customer service. Food was only so-so and further ruined by the rude staff. The atmosphere was good because it was empty.

Here's why I'm giving 2 stars:
1) The chicken sandwich is large, but it lacks taste. There was a bad choice of Thousand Island dressing, and the meat is not marinated. There is no signature taste; I'm reminded of McDonald's Double McSpicy when eating this.
2) Medium drinks are sold as "Large."
3) Medium coleslaw is sold as "Large."
It's a rip-off.
The only good thing is the cheese fries.

My first time trying Popeyes chicken, and they're better than KFC, in my opinion. I had the Korean combination meal, which came with a burger, seasoned fries, a fried chicken piece, and a mango drink. I found the burger and chicken a bit sweet, but the overall experience was great.

Food-wise, the chicken was skinny, the wings were small, and the fries were cold. But overall, I was happy. The place was clean, and the service was good. Yes, they did forget certain things, but there were no issues as you could always ask for the missing items. The manager was nice, coming table to table, prompting and asking us to give Google Reviews. But the song playing in the diner was horrible; it was on repeat (trying to be Don Don Donki), like a constant chant.

The ambiance and service are cool. The staff are very friendly, especially the managers. I purposely got their names: Ms. Julie Anne and Ms. Dianne. Both of them are helpful and easy to deal with.
I felt the pressure due to the volume of people coming to the new place, but they still managed to cater to the customers with a smile.
Kudos to the production team as well. Service is very fast.

Newly located near the taxi stand at IMM. Easily accessible from the taxi stand, or if you're heading to the hospital.
Food-wise, Popeyes' biscuits are... hmmm. The auntie forgot the jam, but it's okay, you can always ask her for it.
The interior is bright orange and has many seats, from booths to normal seating areas.
It's also near other food joints. Great place!

This restaurant has newly renovated and relocated within the mall near the taxi stand at IMM. The staff are well-trained. The food served was well-cooked and delicious, and the waiting time to pick up orders was pretty fast. There's a basin to wash your hands after the meal, too!

We have come here a few times ever since it re-opened, and Manager Sam and the team have always been friendly and helpful. The chicken is always hot, juicy, and crispy! It has quickly become our fave fried chicken in Singapore. Sides like their coleslaw and mashed potato are also yummy! We also love their chicken burgers, which always come with tender, juicy chicken thigh patties!
They are also prompt and helpful with service recovery, as shown when we received a wrong order.
Do come and support them and try out their food! The new space is bright, spacious, and clean.

Restaurant is clean and newly renovated. Food is freshly prepared and hot when it arrived. Standards are pretty consistent.
IMM has store-exclusive ice cream for less than $1, which is very affordable and nicer than M** vanilla cone! Highly recommended.
