Outlet: LWMIP Position: Consultant My manager suddenly asked me to transfer to another branch without providing any information or justification. I did not do anything to damage the company's or the branch's image. Furthermore, the IOI Mall Puchong branch still lacks staff, yet the reasons my manager gave for my transfer are: 1. I cannot assimilate into the branch. 2. I'm useless to the branch. The things I do not understand are: 1. If a staff member cannot assimilate into the branch, why isn't anyone informing them before directly transferring them? 2. If a staff member is useless to the branch, will transferring them to another outlet make them valuable? 3. If a staff member needs to be transferred to a branch, why are they not notified in advance, but instead directly told to go to a distant branch the next day? 4. Who is responsible for our basic training? 5. Are staff required to work mandatory overtime? 6. Does the company enforce that staff must give each other birthday gifts, and that gifts for higher-ranking personnel must be from a famous brand or be more expensive? 7. Why does a specific customer service consultant often lose goods and seek help from other consultants without success, yet the company does not hold her accountable? 8. My manager said I cannot assimilate into the branch, but both the new service assistant and consultant are still working and always ask me when they face doubts. In contrast, why do new customer service consultants keep resigning after working less than a full day, or even half a day? 9. Is my manager forcing me to leave the branch by transferring all my customer files to the new consultant? These are the main points of my hesitation. Thank you for taking the time to review this. I hope to receive your reply as soon as possible.
