Visited their newly renovated outlet at IMM for the first time. From my recollection, the restaurant's atmosphere was slightly better than before, but I felt it was not very clean on the day I was there.
The food was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. I ordered the soon dubu at the spiciest level, but sadly it was not spicy at all. That said, the portion size was huge, and the free-flow side dishes were fairly good.

Great welcome service by all staff on their first day of opening! New food sections were introduced, such as beef brisket and hot stone stew, along with new drinks. They even made a special sauce and served it to our table. Best service out of all SG outlets!

Had an early dinner with my family at this brand new outlet and was happy to see familiar faces who were from the Jurong Point outlet. Upon entering the newly opened Seoul Garden Hotpot, we found a new vibe and concept. The Korean pancake was served, super thin in texture. Four pieces of soy garlic chicken were very moist and yummy. The Salmon Bibimbap was damn shiok and tasty. The chicken army stew, without cheese, tasted fresh. All this was accompanied by Peach and Mango tea that was wonderfully thirst-quenching. We were also given a $10 voucher for our next visit.

She is very attentive, sincerely asking us if the food is okay, and even went the extra mile by offering to have our big squid cut by the kitchen chef. Food is awesome. Enjoyed our lunch at our favourite restaurant of all time. The food was as good as ever, with a free flow of side dishes like kimchi. The most enjoyable part of the meal was the friendliness of Crystal, the service ambassador. She was very welcoming and warm the moment we stepped into the restaurant. She recommended the dishes, and we tried them and loved them! She came and checked on us to ensure that we were enjoying our meal. Stopped by here as my wife had a $20 discount for her birthday month. Ordered the ramyeon, and it totally hit the spot! The flavor was legit, and the portion was generous. Terrence, the manager, was attentive and super friendly, even after we did not hit the minimum spending for the discount. I appreciated his sincerity. I'm definitely coming back for another bowl soon!

Good service, good food, and the staff are so friendly. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and everything was well-stocked and fresh. I really appreciated how quickly the staff cleared empty plates and kept the counters clean. The seafood was fresh, the hot dishes were flavourful, and the desserts were a nice touch to end the meal. Definitely worth the price for the quality and spread. The atmosphere was relaxed, and it didn’t feel overcrowded even though it was busy. Will definitely come back!
