To the staff member who wears slippers in a shoe shop, I saw you treat your new coworkers in a very rude manner. How do you expect customers to respect you if you don't respect your own coworkers?

Service was tremendously bad. The male sales assistant lacked knowledge of their products and was sullen and apathetic throughout. It was a complete put-off and perhaps the worst service I had ever experienced in Singapore.

First, it was supposed to close at 10, but they closed at 9:30 for customers, so please change the timing. Also, the two staff members on the night shift were so rude yesterday, July 20th. My husband and I just wanted to verify if it's closed already, as it was just 9:30. They saw us outside calling out. The lady looked but chose to ignore, while the other guy ignored too. Such BS service!

Terrible service by rude service staff. Wanted to purchase two pairs of shoes but they only had one in the size I wanted. Was told that they would call the other outlets to check, but after a while, another sales staff came to us and asked in a rude tone, "I thought (the other sales staff) already said don't have then you standing here for what?" I understand if you're a bit upset that you have to work in a relatively busy store on a Sunday. But it would be nice if I — as a customer who was fully ready to purchase your shop's products — was treated with basic courtesy.

I highly do not recommend buying from this outlet. Get the model number and buy from Bata Official Shopee store instead. It's much cheaper (at least 20% off) and offers more sizes. The female salesperson employed unethical sales tactics. She provided false information, claiming no sizes were available and that it was the last piece, when in fact, there were available pieces. A fake leather (PU) shoe was advertised as a genuine leather shoe. I wanted to exchange full-priced items for sales items but was rejected. I will never buy from this outlet again. I have visited Bata at IMM. The person who assisted was really polite and sweet. Her name is Kara. I went to purchase shoes and the size didn't fit. Luckily, she helped me find the right shoes and the colour that I preferred. Thanks a lot, Kara.

Went to IMM Bata on Friday. The shoe size was not available, and we requested a lady staff member to check with other outlets. Despite being very busy, she still made time to check for us. Excellent service.

Wide variety of shoes, and prices are good. The only issue is that the store is a little messy. I got a pair for my kid and me.

Nothing to shout about, nor anything to complain about. Just the usual Bata off-season offerings and rudimentary sales service. However, you are left free to browse at your leisure. Being an outlet mall, it is not surprising that stocks and variety are limited to 'it is all there.' Update: 20 Oct 2024. Being a Saturday afternoon, the store was full of shoppers. Yet the sales staff were unperturbed and kept up to speed with many customer requests. But the real gem, of course, is the shoes. We found a pair of very professional-looking running shoes with the recognizable three blue stripes emblazoned in the right places. And only $40!
