Rude Malay staff. They don't even bother to move aside when customers are browsing the clothes, and they even stare at customers. Please train your staff well. Your staff is merely standing at the clothes rack, chit-chatting and using her mobile phone. I won't even bother stepping into this kind of shop with staff who have this kind of attitude.

Small, crowded store with narrow aisles. It was chaotic even on a weekday. I guess there could've been some good deals, but it was too stressful and annoying to browse, let alone try on the items.
Arianne Thadani
They sell full-price items, while the clothes are advertised as on sale on the website.

Staff is very rude. We were here on 13/4 at 5 p.m. The payment counter staff, a smaller-sized lady, didn't once look at us while we were making our payment and asking for our payment options, etc. Thereafter, she rattled something so fast that it was totally incoherent, and all this time, she wasn't looking at us. I asked her to repeat, and realized it was for some charity donation to Thailand. If Cotton On's management or your staff has no proper intention to communicate a good cause, please don't do it. It causes more harm than good.
Naim
Staff are slow and unsure, and didn't even act or say sorry for causing inconvenience to customers.

Just some quick feedback about the stores in SG; I'm unsure about other countries. No hate or anything, but the top I bought was labelled $5. When I paid for it, the cashier told me it was $10. I still bought it as I liked the top. However, I've seen similar errors quite often in different outlets. If the intention is to make items seem cheaper so that more people will buy them, then at least don't give a fake price. It's super unethical, and the fact that I've seen this many times is really appalling. I believe it should be corrected.

It's cheating because they always mix prices and item differences together. The staff are also super rude, looking down on people just because we buy sale items, implying they are cheap. The store manager has an even ruder attitude. If a customer sees something wrong or misunderstands, you can explain. But regarding their attitude towards customers, your company can check the cameras. If your store doesn't support selling cheap items, then just say, 'WE DO NOT WELCOME PEOPLE WHO BUY SALE ITEMS.' There's no need to cheat customers by mixing up the different prices. The staff also keep silent when they see items are defective, even if not many, but I feel looked down upon by your staff, which makes me angry. This is the last time I will get such bad items from your store. I will go to the 68 store, where I can buy items that are cheaper and of better quality. There are many brands, not just Cotton On! Thanks for this attitude.

I want to complain about a Malay male staff member with long hair. After I put the clothes I tried on back into the basket, he said "baba kau" in Malay. He thought I didn't know what the meaning was, but I can say my Malay is more fluent than he thought. Lol, baba kau.

To the manager, Eri Rahman. I would like to lodge a complaint regarding your counter staff, Siti Fatihatul, about her rude and vulgar attitude towards me when I mistook the price and told her I do not need that item anymore. I am shocked at her reaction and words she used on me. She told Fahni that Aku macam nak maki dia. I caught her saying that on my phone. She even said to me, "it's not my fault you saw the price wrong," and more words were used on me. This attitude is unacceptable!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clothing store today. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I went to the fitting room to try on clothes, I wasn’t allowed to have a second person accompany me for feedback, even though this is very common in most stores. One of the staff members, a slightly overweight person with glasses, rudely and loudly told the second person to leave. What made it worse was that while I was already inside the fitting room changing, they knocked on the door and told me to move to another fitting room. I felt rushed, disrespected, and unwelcome.
Customer service is a big part of the shopping experience, and unfortunately, this store failed completely in that regard. I won’t be returning.

Lim Isabelle
One of my favorite clothing brands. I would say it's worth it to apply for their membership, which offers a $5 credit for every $50 spent. The offer is also available at their other branded outlets. But their products have been a little pricey nowadays.

Managed to get a few T-shirts. It was a good deal.

Casual wear, largely made of cotton, from various brands and at discounted prices. Quality, durable products for all ages. Conveniently located in the heartland neighborhood of IMM, it features a covered pathway connecting to Ng Teng Fong Hospital, JEM, Big Box, Westgate, and Jcube, and offers plenty of dining, shopping, banking, supermarkets, a library, cinemas, entertainment, groceries, sundries, postage services, a community centre, and other amenities nearby. Friendly, cozy, comfortable, and welcoming ambience for romantic intimates, groups, students, expats, locals, visitors, and families.

If you are looking for a store to buy clothes at affordable prices, this place is one of the best options. Every time you visit, they have different sales going on. Starting prices can be as low as $5. You can buy cotton clothes for people of all ages. Special offers are available for members on selected items. It can be crowded on weekends.

Everything is good! Big sale, prices starting at $3. Most of the staff are friendly, but the lady in the dressing room is rude; her face is stern. (Experience on Saturday, June 21, 2025)
