Yesterday, we were at Best Denki IMM to buy fans and received very good sales service from Ms. Ong H.C. She helped to compare and recommend the different models. She was very patient and shared good product knowledge. We were very impressed. Thank you, Ms. Ong, for a great purchase experience.

Called to order a Bar Fridge (with 3 ticks) and was told that a climate voucher could be used, as long as it had 3 ticks. However, upon heading down to the store, I was told that this was not applicable for a climate voucher. Seriously, stop wasting customers' time and give clear instructions. Waste of time. *Walked down to Giant hyper store and got a bar fridge from there instead. And yes, a climate voucher could be used.

Bought a Sony TV from Alvin Cheng at Best Denki IMM and had a great experience. He gave an excellent recommendation based on what we were looking for. Alvin is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even after the purchase, his after-sales service was prompt and helpful. Highly recommended!

A big shoutout to Michael at Best Denki IMM for his excellent service! A couple of weeks ago, I called the store to request a change to the washing machine model I had previously ordered, which was pending delivery. Michael was very helpful over the phone and advised me to bring the sales order receipt to the store. When I dropped by, he was warm and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Truly a delightful after-sales experience!
