Good shop with some discounts for Chinese New Year.

I bought a DW watch from here in Jan 2019. In less than a year, the watch spoilt. When I came back to check, I was told the warranty was not valid because there was no stamp or anything. This means the staff there didn't bother stamping the warranty booklet during purchase. Please make sure to check your warranty booklet before leaving the store. I'm definitely not coming here again. Watch Station's staff is better.

It was very bad trying to get a refund for the watch due to it being small on my arm, but they replied slowly to emails, and when I tried chatting on WhatsApp, I was told to wait for a reply via email.

The Indian lady had a terrible attitude. When we tried on the watch, she abused us in Malay and pretended we couldn't understand. We won't be going again, even though we don't know if the watch was fake or not.

Terrible service. Extremely disappointing experience at this watch store. When we visited, we were the only customers in the shop, yet the staff was impatient, unfriendly, and visibly annoyed from the moment we walked in. As we were trying on a few watches, the staff repeatedly rushed us and kept asking if we were going to buy anything — clearly trying to push us out. What’s worse, they made sarcastic comments right in front of us, which was both rude and unprofessional. Trying on products before making a purchase is a basic part of customer experience, especially for something as personal and expensive as a watch. If your staff can’t even handle that with basic respect, it’s no wonder customers walk away. I won’t be returning, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.
