Came by this place inadvertently. Great selection of clothes, but more importantly, we were served by Yusoff, who was informative and not pushy. In the end, my wife bought 2 items and left the store with a smile. Kudos!

I've been visiting this store for years, but recently, what has gotten into their sales staff with an attitude problem — their cold looks and unwelcoming expressions make them so unapproachable, except for one Singaporean senior lady (with neck-length hair and tall) whose patience and kindness I still cherish.

I wouldn’t recommend this store unless you like the following brands... For men, it only had Emporio Armani, CK Calvin Klein, Paul Smith, and a very small selection of other brands (one small rack). The discounts were good, but nothing appealing was available. I was really disappointed because Club21 usually has such a big selection of brands, so I thought there would be a much better offering. I definitely suggest you don’t go to IMM just for this outlet.

I was in Singapore on July 25, 2023. I would have rated the store 4 stars if not for its credit card-only policy. Tourists shopping there are at a disadvantage, as home country banks charge transaction fees and exchange rates are not as favorable.

Bought a lot from this place. The items are good, but the staff is not good... The lady in charge of the fitting room has a very bad attitude, e.g., impatient, cold-faced, suspecting people without reason, and didn't allow my mom and me to share one fitting room. That made me lose interest in trying on more items and making a purchase, and I don't want to visit this store anymore because of this unpleasant experience with this unfriendly assistant. :(

Really expected more items from the other brands that Club 21 carries, but all we saw when we visited were racks upon racks of low-quality Calvin Klein tees. The better quality pieces are tucked in a corner near the cashier, and the selection, along with the discount, is anemic.

Two senior staff provided the rudest sales service. If you don't allow customers to come back in 20 minutes to finish up a purchase, you don't have to be rude and sarcastic about it. Even though I was left shocked and appalled at the service, I decided to make payment. These two SAs apparently couldn't be bothered to make eye contact. Please, even if this is an outlet store, you are still to uphold customer service. Visit date: 12th October evening.

Their staff lacks communication with each other. We asked the senior male cashier if we could keep the clothes we had chosen at the counter, and he said yes. We went to try more clothes, only to find that the staff had re-racked all the clothes we had kept at the counter before we could make payment. This wasted our time trying clothes and forced us to repeat the whole process. It was really a bad experience!

If there were 0 stars, I would have awarded them. The assistant didn’t remove the tag when I bought it yesterday, and I had to drive all the way back. I asked if they could make an exception to change the size, and they denied. There was no customer engagement, not a word of apology, or an attempt to make up for wasting my time.
