On a Friday night (15 Nov 2024), I had the pleasure of visiting the cold wear store at IMM, where I was greeted by the cheerful customer service team, consisting of Richard Ng, Jai Qi, Alex, and Aunty. Their warm and friendly approach made my shopping experience delightful—so much so that I felt completely comfortable without needing a hot pack! Went to COLDWEAR IMM because I was looking for suitable winter wear for my daughter's two-week school trip to Switzerland 🇨🇠later this year. Googled and saw many positive reviews for this IMM outlet. Indeed, the outlet deserves all the positive reviews it has received.
We were first served by Grace. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was able to recommend suitable winter wear after I had told her the temperatures in Switzerland 🇨🇠during the month of the planned trip. Halfway through, we decided to check out another winter wear store opposite to compare products and prices. We later decided to return to COLDWEAR IMM, and it looked like Grace was just leaving for her break. She quickly briefed her colleague Jia Qi on our requirements and the item we were previously looking at, and Jia Qi took over and resumed serving us.
Richard, another friendly and helpful staff member, also recommended suitable roll-up storage bags for us.
It was a very productive and efficient shopping experience.
