Here's the edited review: "Great communication and prompt replies. Inquiries were understood and addressed clearly. I am very happy I chose Easy Wheels @ IMM to repair my mom's wheelchair. Servicing time was short; I collected it within a couple of hours. Overall, the workmanship was great, and the replacement parts were of high quality. The location of Easy Wheels @ IMM is also good. The lobby has a ramp and auto doors, ensuring easy access in and out of the building."

Great service with a smile. We dropped off the wheelchair and were given a temporary wheelchair to use while we were at IMM. We were expecting the repair to take an hour or two, but it was done in less than an hour. Also, we pointed out that the lever on the leg rest went missing. Though they did mention that they do not provide replacement for the minor parts, which is fine, instead they went the extra mile to replace it with a different lever. This helps a lot! Thank you so much for your creativity and willingness to go the extra mile.

Last month, I was in Singapore looking for a wheelchair for my 80-year-old mother, and we had a wonderful experience at Easy Wheels. The staff were kind, caring, and went above and beyond to help my mother, our maid, and me. When our Grab driver got lost, a gentleman personally brought a wheelchair to help my mother back to the store. They let us test the wheelchair, gave great advice, and were never pushy. Prices were reasonable, and my mother is very happy with her purchase. If you’re thinking of purchasing any mobility equipment, I highly recommend Easy Wheels. Cheers, JC

I was looking for help to replace my wheelchair's wheels and was glad to discover Easy Wheels at IMM. The entire experience, from inquiring about the cost to getting all four wheels replaced, was a breeze and an entirely positive consumer experience. Chris and his colleague provided friendly, timely, and helpful answers to my questions. They were attentive when I dropped off and picked up the wheelchair. I was deeply appreciative that they could expedite my request within 24 hours. I'd recommend Easy Wheels to anyone living in the west and central west looking for excellent wheelchair repair services.

My mother's wheelchair tyre suddenly gave way at the Senior Day Care Center. A crack appeared, and rubber kept dropping off. I contacted Easy Wheels to help repair the BION brand wheelchair. They helped to replace the two back wheels within less than an hour after we immediately went to their office, and they even helped assess the condition of the wheelchair for any potential problems. They provided immediate help and settled our problem promptly, with the wheels being replaced in less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, we would have had to buy a new wheelchair immediately, which would have been more costly.
