Even before purchase, I encountered difficulties with the wheelchair sales and service. I called the shop around 11 AM to confirm I was coming to buy a wheelchair, but no one picked up. So I sent a WhatsApp message and was told their lunch time was 11:45 AM. When I got lost trying to find the shop in IMM again, I called, but no one picked up. Instead, I received a WhatsApp message reminding me that 11:45 AM was her lunch time.
When I finally reached the shop at 11:25 AM, I was told there was no stock for the most popular model, and she simply pointed me to the folded wheelchairs. I asked if I could see and try it on behalf of my mum, who wasn't there as she isn't mobile, but she said that wasn't possible. She explained that my mum needed to test it herself. If I needed to clear so many hurdles just to try out some of your wheelchairs on behalf of my mum, I would just visit another shop.

I recently experienced a technical issue with my mum's air mattress. I called Easy Wheels for assistance because I bought the product from them. I am very glad that they were able to address the issue of why the mattress was not inflating fully.
After asking me to take a couple of pictures, they were able to tell me that one of the valves supplying the air from the pump to the mattress had become disconnected. After fixing the valve back to the tube, the mattress started to inflate once again.
For this, I am very thankful and grateful for the assistance from Easy Wheels. Thanks again, Easy Wheels!

We dropped off the wheelchair and were given a temporary wheelchair to use while we were at IMM.
We were expecting the repair to take an hour or two, but it was done in less than an hour.
Also, we pointed out that the lever on the leg rest went missing. Though they did mention that they do not provide replacement for the minor parts, which is fine, instead they went the extra mile to replace it with a different lever. This helps a lot!

Last month, I was in Singapore looking for a wheelchair for my 80-year-old mother, and we had a wonderful experience at Easy Wheels. The staff were kind, caring, and went above and beyond to help my mother, our maid, and me. When our Grab driver got lost, a gentleman personally brought a wheelchair to help my mother back to the store. They let us test the wheelchair, gave great advice, and were never pushy. My mother's wheelchair tyre suddenly gave way at the Senior Day Care Center. A crack appeared, and rubber kept dropping off. I contacted Easy Wheels to help repair the BION brand wheelchair. They helped to replace the two back wheels within less than an hour after we immediately went to their office, and they even helped assess the condition of the wheelchair for any potential problems. They provided immediate help and settled our problem promptly, with the wheels being replaced in less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, we would have had to buy a new wheelchair immediately, which would have been more costly.
