The Sembawang outlet was so bad; the ramen soup was so diluted it was way off. The rest of the food was also not good. Downtown Tobamayo went from bad to worse. Yesterday's was too dry, as was the Idako. Sashimi was back to anorexic thin cuts for such an expensive price. I hope you really upgrade.

Poor service standard. If you can't handle the order, don't accept it. The restaurant phone is there just for show; they never ever pick up their calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We ended up canceling the order 1.5 hours later because we didn't know if the food was even prepared or on its way.

We ordered at 1955, expected delivery was 2035. When we called to check on the delivery, their phone was completely unanswered. It's now 2105 and we've tried to get an update multiple times. We're not even sure if the food is coming, being prepared, or cancelled. Absolutely disgusting service standards.

I called IMM outlet 5 times to cancel an order due to a last-minute emergency, just 5 minutes after placing the order. No one picked up my call. I even called other outlets, hoping they could assist me in reaching them, but the staff couldn't even help because "it's not their branch." I've checked reviews from other customers, and they also experienced similar cases. Are your phones even working?

Just bought 2 boxes of egg sushi. I asked for extra sauce because one pack is not enough. I politely asked for an extra pack, but the auntie raised her voice and said, "NO!" This is not the first time. This old auntie is very rude. I have patronised this stall for a few years. The auntie still has never changed her attitude. Management, please look into the working attitude of your staff member.

It was a difficult decision because the range of selection at Hei Sushi is huge. On the phone, I entrusted Siti, a helpful Hei Sushi staff member, to choose the sushi for me. The next day, I went to the cozy West Coast Plaza branch to pick up the takeaway, and the food was already ready for collection. Aishah, the lovely supervisor, and the polite head chef explained to me how they had prepared and arranged the food. When I got to the office and served lunch, my colleagues saw the trays of sushi and unanimously went "wow!" We had such a good time today because everyone loved the delicious food. The comments were that the food was fresh and very tasty. So, THANK YOU, Hei Sushi! You have excellent food, great variety, and wonderful service! We will definitely return for more!

It's Halal and Tasty. I ordered the Tamaki, Premium Inari, and Kimbap. My favourite is Premium Inari because of the Tofu Skin. I ordered at night. Regarding travel: I wish I could explore IMM Mall, but I felt like I was losing direction. From Westgate to IMM Mall, I lost track. I felt like I lost interest in continuing on the path. I wish they would give me some encouragement to keep going on the path to IMM Mall.
