A convenient option for a quick and affordable sushi fix. While it may not be the most luxurious sushi experience, it delivers decent value considering the prices start at a budget-friendly $1.50 per white plate.
During my visit, the selection on the conveyor belt seemed a bit limited. There were the usual suspects like salmon and tuna nigiri, but some other favourites were noticeably absent. If you're looking for a vast and diverse spread, you might be disappointed.
The hot water dispensers require a surprising amount of force to get even a trickle of water for your tea. Hopefully, they'll address this small inconvenience soon.

I have been a regular for many years at IMM, as I live nearby. Food variety is getting less and lousier.
Went for dinner with family today and arrived at 7:30 PM. The conveyor belt had almost nothing, and it was the same old items circulating around. I would say there were fewer than 8 varieties, and it seemed like the kitchen had stopped preparing new food.
Some of the food did not look very fresh. I ate only one plate after sitting there for more than 25 minutes. Usually, I would eat around 8 to 10 plates.
I left very disappointed and will not patronize them anymore.

Terrible experience at Sushi Express Jurong IMM! As a regular customer at this outlet, I've grown accustomed to some compromises due to their staffing shortages and limited food selection. However, today's visit was a new low. The conveyor belt had barely 15 types of dishes, including desserts, and nothing new was replenished, even after 30 minutes. The service was subpar, leaving me frustrated. When I spoke to the cashier, she cited poor business as the reason for the limited options. I was shocked – shouldn't they increase variety to attract customers? Popular items like chilled prawns and amaebi prawns were noticeably absent. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning. There are far better sushi options in the area.

This is the worst Sushi Express I’ve ever been to! Barely any new dishes were coming out on the belt. There was no refill for the ginger or wasabi at all! The wasabi container was filled with trash — even shrimp shells — and it stayed that way for over half an hour. It remained there the entire time. Absolutely disgusting!

The only problem with this outlet was the lack of floor staff. There were only two running the show during dinner on Sunday. They did a great job being fast and efficient. Otherwise, everything was great, with plenty of sushi selection.

Not all on the menu are nice. The food standard is still maintained, like at their other outlets. There's usually a queue during peak hours. They are short-staffed, but the staff tried their best to serve. Miso soup and chawanmushi are nice. It's not as cheap as before, though.

Food was standard. But the floor staff at the IMM branch was seriously understaffed. One great guy was running everything from seating, ordering, serving, billing, etc. The poor guy was literally running from end to end.

A constant supply of new plates of sushi at reasonable prices. Service was quite slow, as there were only two service staff on the floor. Despite working very hard, they had to man the queue, clear tables, order dishes, and complete transactions at the counter. The outlet may need to consider more help, especially on peak days.

Conveniently located on Level 2, next to the escalator, this is quite a busy outlet. As customers come and go, the young service staff are diligently and with smiles making seats available to new customers.
Food-wise, choices served on the conveyors are quite limited. Not all items posted on the website menu are available, perhaps as they cater to the masses. Sushi cuts are what you’d somewhat expect for the price point.
Would have liked to see more choices available, especially on weekends. Overall, an acceptable dining session. Looking forward to future visits.

I'm a regular at Sushi Express at IMM. The sushi and other items are fresh and yummy. Not just the regular sushi, but lots of creative sushi types, plus non-sushi items. Reasonably priced and truly delicious. Always clean and comfy interiors. Staff are always polite and helpful. Thank you for always providing a great experience! 😊

Went to Sushi Express at IMM for dinner. The queue was long, but the staff try their best to slot you in.
Sushi choice is quite limited as compared to other sushi shops, but it offers a relatively affordable range.
Overall, it's a good place for sushi if you are craving it.
