Very responsive to queries. Good service when I needed to change the wheels on my mom's wheelchair. Transaction was smooth and fuss-free. They also have a lot of other home care products that you can browse. Pricing is affordable. Highly recommended if you live in the west. 👍👍👍👍

Even before purchase, I encountered difficulties with the wheelchair sales and service. I called the shop around 11 AM to confirm I was coming to buy a wheelchair, but no one picked up. So I sent a WhatsApp message and was told their lunch time was 11:45 AM. When I got lost trying to find the shop in IMM again, I called, but no one picked up. Instead, I received a WhatsApp message reminding me that 11:45 AM was her lunch time.
When I finally reached the shop at 11:25 AM, I was told there was no stock for the most popular model, and she simply pointed me to the folded wheelchairs. I asked if I could see and try it on behalf of my mum, who wasn't there as she isn't mobile, but she said that wasn't possible. She explained that my mum needed to test it herself. If I needed to clear so many hurdles just to try out some of your wheelchairs on behalf of my mum, I would just visit another shop.

I recently bought the Soma 215TL wheelchair for my mother, and it has been a great choice. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and very comfortable for her. It has really helped improve her mobility and independence. The best part is, it can fit in the car boot perfectly.
A big thank you to Gina, who assisted us during the purchase. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

Just went to Easy Wheels at IMM with my wife Grace this morning to get the wheels of my mum’s wheelchair replaced. Service was fast and professional. We were told to WhatsApp a photo of the wheelchair for evaluation when they heard we needed the replacement done within 30 minutes due to an urgent medical appointment. Easy Wheels was able to work on the replacement immediately when we reached their location. Strongly recommended for their upfront approach and professionalism.

Excellent service from the team, with prompt responses to WhatsApp messages and useful guidance and explanation on the products, so that customers are well-informed when deciding which products to purchase. I recently experienced a technical issue with my mum's air mattress. I called Easy Wheels for assistance because I bought the product from them. I am very glad that they were able to address the issue of why the mattress was not inflating fully.
After asking me to take a couple of pictures, they were able to tell me that one of the valves supplying the air from the pump to the mattress had become disconnected. After fixing the valve back to the tube, the mattress started to inflate once again.
For this, I am very thankful and grateful for the assistance from Easy Wheels. Thanks again, Easy Wheels!

Had a really positive experience with Easy Wheels. Correspondence was very prompt and straightforward, which made the whole process smooth. Their rates are affordable, and the wheelchair I rented was of good quality. Made an appointment today to have the Assure wheelchair wheels changed. Fast and courteous service. They changed both front and back wheels, and even tightened up the screws on the rest of the wheelchair.
The instructions provided to reach the shop are very clear.
