Our ID was Kingsley. The whole renovation experience with G’Plan Design Pte Ltd was very smooth from start to finish. There were no hidden costs; everything was explained upfront, allowing us to plan our reno. Kingsley also offered valuable expertise and suggestions regarding design plans. Liaising with him was easy, as he was able to accommodate almost any request during the reno. Everything was completed according to the specified timeline, with no delays. We are satisfied with the service provided by him and the company! We will definitely recommend their renovation services!

Recently, I renovated my kitchen and two bathrooms. The experience I had with G'PLAN DESIGN PTE LTD (IMM) was a splendid one. The Interior Designer I engaged was Mr. Caysen Soh, who is very friendly and patient, and willing to listen and share his knowledge and expertise. It was a pleasure to work with him. We visited 7 different interior design companies, and Lincoln and Kenny from G'plan Design were the only ones who were willing to listen to our design ideas instead of forcing their ideas on us. They also gave us valuable input on how to proceed with our renovation without breaking our budget. They gave us the best quote and worked well with us, so it was a smooth journey from our first meeting to the handover of our flat. Even after that, they have unparalleled after-sales service, answering our every query and are happy to help touch things up if we found anything that we overlooked when inspecting our flat during the handover. I've already recommended them to a few friends, and will be happy to point anyone looking to renovate their place to G'plan!

Thanking my lucky stars to have crossed paths with my ID, Kingsley. I highly recommend him for his meticulousness, drive, and insightful mind. He shows his sincerity through the hours he pours into discussions, even before signing with him. I appreciated his non-judgmental and very easygoing nature. He is able to provide appropriate recommendations, guidance, and visuals using programs like AutoCAD. Kingsley was willing to venture into unfamiliar territory by helping me incorporate a concealed dishwasher, larder, as well as a magic corner basket. His communications remained open, clear, and compassionate when addressing concerns during my renovation. 100/10 – a fantastic experience! A million thank yous, Kingsley!

We engaged Kenny as our ID. He understood our theme and vibes. The quotation he gave us was reasonable compared with others. During our discussion, he gave us insights into the materials to be used for the renovation. Once we collected the house keys, he came down to take measurements. The renovation process was very smooth. Many thanks to Kenny.
