I recently completed my renovation work with Caysen and was very impressed by his professionalism and work ethic, despite his busy schedule. I was recommended by a friend who previously did their renovation with him, as I was unable to connect with most of the IDs I'd met. Others would simply throw template designs at me and take their time to provide quotes. Caysen is very patient in all his explanations (be it materials, designs, or quotations), meticulous in his work, responsible, and very responsive. His engineering background from NTU and past work experience as a contractor also add value to his presentation and problem-solving skills, which allows him to always counter-propose feasible designs based on our needs, drawing on his experience in terms of practicality and cost-effectiveness. Out of all the IDs I've met, he was the only one who provided me with various design options, 3D perspective drawings, and a concept board to draft out the theme we wanted for our home, which allowed us to plan and better visualize what to expect even before we confirmed engaging him. He even has his own compilations summarizing the different types of flooring and countertops to help us understand and ease our selection process for what suits my family and our pets most! What impressed me most were his project management skills during the renovation process. He would update us at least once a week or when a major work had been completed, and would take the effort to arrange site visits for us whenever his time permitted. He even prepared a handover file with all the documentation for the works (model numbers, colour codes, etc.) for us! All in all, the renovation process was fuss-free, and I'm sure that once you meet him, he will be the last ID you'll need to find. I strongly encourage everyone to engage Caysen for their renovation works! 👍👍👍

This is my second time engaging Terence, which goes to show the trust I have in him. For the first project on our BTO flat, it never gave us any problems until the day we moved out. One thing I admire is his work ethic; you can call him 24/7, and he'll be there to answer your queries. Besides being responsive, he's very responsible. Anything you need from the contractors, he will follow through until it gets done. He is also a very good mediator. Whenever there are different views on the design or materials, between my wife and me, he will sort out the differences and iron them out very nicely. Our ID Kingsley was very considerate and helpful. He was very flexible, and he promptly attended to our ad hoc requests. Every detail was discussed, and he gave us many suggestions about the design we wanted. We stayed in our house while the renovation was ongoing, and he made the necessary arrangements so that everything would go as smoothly as possible. Although it was a horror living in the worksite for 6 weeks, everything was worth it because we're now enjoying looking at and living in our beautifully renovated home. I completed my renovation (hacked everything) in under 3 months, and my friends cannot believe it. I will certainly recommend him to my friends who are doing renovation later this year. That being said, active engagement in the entire process is necessary. You cannot leave it entirely to the ID company and expect perfection. Gordon has been my home renovation contractor three times over a span of 20 years. I think he has assembled a good team for various services such as tiling, plastering, painting, carpentry, and electrical fitting, which require specialised skills and experience. The quality shows in the workmanship and overall end result. He is also prompt to respond to my WhatsApp messages, even on weekend nights. For the last project, he was able to complete earlier than my desired deadline. What I like about him is that he will give his honest opinion and is not afraid to criticise your ideas, giving you valuable feedback and offering useful suggestions. You can trust him.

When we walked into IMM, we were looking at the renovation quotation outside G-Plan and found the renovation quotation for a 3-room flat to be reasonably priced. So we walked in, and Annabelle served us. We showed her our floor plan. Within a week, she got back to us with the whole house design. We felt very comfortable dealing with her. Once the keys were released, she started designing our kitchen cabinet and master bedroom cupboard. The workmanship was very well done, and the painting was nicely matched. If I had relatives and friends looking for house renovations, I would highly recommend G-Plan. Annabelle provided us with the best customer service.

Terrance from G’plan Design is a very dedicated interior designer who helped us design our first home. The renovation was completed fast and smoothly according to his project timeline. We visited 7 different interior design companies, and Lincoln and Kenny from G'plan Design were the only ones who were willing to listen to our design ideas instead of forcing their ideas on us. They also gave us valuable input on how to proceed with our renovation without breaking our budget. They gave us the best quote and worked well with us, so it was a smooth journey from our first meeting to the handover of our flat. Even after that, they have unparalleled after-sales service, answering our every query and are happy to help touch things up if we found anything that we overlooked when inspecting our flat during the handover.
