Very bad experience with the vendor. I spent $7473 for a System 2 and System 3. When their technicians installed the air-con pipes, they completely covered the water heater power socket, making it impossible for my water heater contractor to install the water heater. I had to arrange for the Gain City technicians to rectify the air-con pipes and subsequently my water heater contractor to install the water heater with an additional charge. When we moved in and turned on the air-con, we found the air-con not cold at all. Again, I had to arrange for their technicians to check. And guess what they told me after the check? The connections for two of the indoor units were poorly done, and the gas had completely leaked out. What poor quality! It wasted so much of my time and effort!!

I just want to give props to Benjamin for excellent service. He was patient and knowledgeable answering my inquiries regarding the different aircon models and features. The technician was also friendly and respectful in our interactions, and the installation went without a hitch. The free robot cleaner I received was unfortunately faulty, but when Benjamin and his team got to know my situation, they promptly offered a one-to-one replacement with no conditions. I will continue to rely on Gain City for aircon servicing.
