The pharmacist in this store couldn't help us at all. He refused to prescribe medicine and asked us to resolve the issue ourselves. He told us there was no way. It was very rude. Please improve the quality of pharmacists.

The price tag is misleading.

Upon purchase, the item was missing 1 unit of moisturizer. I was told by the staff that the item would be restocked within 1-2 weeks. After following up with the staff, the item still had not arrived. I purchased it on May 24, 2021, and now, July 10, 2021, no one from the store has followed up regarding my item. Poor service from Guardians IMM.
