We contacted Hanman International when our lock was spoilt on a Sunday night. Irene, who picked up our call, was efficient and assisted us by sending us information and pictures of new locks over WhatsApp to browse, as we were going to replace it. She also managed to arrange for an installer to come the next day. Thank you for the great service!

Vivi provided exceptional customer service when I urgently needed to replace my faulty gate lock. My previous lock, only 3 years old, suddenly locked me out despite having new batteries. I managed to get back in using a 9V battery but decided to replace the lock to avoid future issues. I reached out via Shopee chat on the same day, 27 Jan, and Vivi promptly assessed my needs after reviewing a photo of my gate. She clearly explained the difference between a rim lock and a gate lock (which I have) and recommended suitable models. Her in-depth knowledge of the brands and models they carry gave me confidence in my purchase. I ultimately chose the new SHP-A21 from Zipbang, as I understood that Samsung had sold its lock business to Zipbang in 2020. Since I already use a Samsung door lock, I was assured of its quality. Vivi even took the time to call and ensure I fully understood the product and answer any further questions. Despite the CNY period, she quickly confirmed an installation slot for 1 Feb, giving me peace of mind. The installer took about 90 minutes to carefully remove my old lock, install the new one, and guide me through its usage. He did a great job, ensuring everything was set up properly. After installation, I reached out for assistance with the e-warranty, and Vivi provided clear guidance, calling me as promised to resolve the matter. Her efficiency, responsiveness, and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The company is very lucky to have Vivi. Super impressed with her service!

I was trapped outside my unit, and luckily, ViVi came to the rescue. Her commitment and dedication to serving customers deserved to be applauded. Her patience in guiding me how to unlock the door was superb and made my day. Thank you, ViVi, for your kind help and assistance. Our igloohome door lock was installed by Sunny Wong. He was extremely professional and polite and did a great job with the installation of our door lock, making sure to teach us how to use the door lock and also ensuring our preferred height for the gate lock. Overall, it was a great and seamless experience, and we would recommend.

Bad experience. The first igloohome lock spoiled just a few days after its 1-year warranty. I was charged a 120 service fee. The replacement lock spoiled less than a year after the first replacement. Another 120 service fee was charged. Poor after-care service. Will not return.

As a new homeowner, I had a very frustrating experience with my digital lock installation. First appointment: They brought the correct main door lock but the wrong gate lock. As a result, we could only install the main door lock first and had to wait a week for them to deliver the correct gate lock. The installer told us we could only sync our door and gate lock system at the next appointment. Second appointment: Arranged for 4:00 PM, but we waited until 6:15 PM for the installer to arrive. They had arranged an installer to install our gate lock, but this installer was not a technician and could only install it, unable to sync both lock systems. We called their back office, and instead of an apology for the 2.5-hour late appointment, the staff simply spoke to us dismissively in a bad tone, asking us to wait another 1.5 hours while they sent a technician. Given this simply bad attitude, we told the staff we did not want to wait any longer, as we had already waited 2.5 hours for a late appointment with no prior notification. Consequently, we had to cancel our other appointments as we couldn't leave our place. The staff then rudely told us that they also did not want to wait and wanted to close our case faster. What a disappointing installation experience provided by Hanman. We felt we were just playing their waiting game and ended up waiting 3.5 hours that day. It was not the ground personnel's fault, but rather the planning and scheduling of the team at the back office. FYI: We bought our lock system from Zigbang at Gain City Megastore and understood that the assigned installer was Hanman.

Good service. My digital lock got stuck, and I couldn't get in or out of my house for work. They were able to help me solve my issue over the phone with clear instructions. The only thing that needs improvement is their speed in answering calls or extending service hours, as digital lock issues can be urgent.

The lock from my condo development malfunctioned, and I contacted them as they were the original supplier. I made it very clear multiple times that I wanted to try changing the motherboard's front and back components first; if that worked, then change the key cylinder; if not, I would change to a new set. The earliest appointment was in a week's time, and I took leave just to be informed by the technician that he hadn't been given the motherboard. He only had the key cylinder and a replacement lock. I was put in a tough spot, as there wasn't even an option for me to try changing the motherboard. He could come again, but I would probably need to wait for the next slot with a spoiled lock (I would be away on a business trip the following week) and waste another day of leave. I decided to just change it and requested a partial refund as compensation. They offered a digital letterbox lock, which I had to travel over an hour to Jurong to collect, and which I declined. The entire experience was very unpleasant, with poor coordination and service recovery.
