Initially, we had communication issues with the helper due to a language barrier. Mr Lee would kindly arrange for a translator to mediate discussions between us regarding employer expectations and her views. His administrative work was also handled well, which streamlined the hiring process and contract arrangements. Mr Lee was also quick to respond to my queries with advice.
Overall, my experience with this agency is positive, and my helper is still with us in her 3rd year of service as of 2021.
My helper has also developed from an amateur to a good cook as well as a medical caregiver. Do not expect fast miracles from a new helper within the first year of service. Give clear instructions and be patient during training. Maintain open communication and understanding with one another.

Mr. Lee is very helpful with getting our Myanmar helper to take care of my mum. He is very personable, caring, extremely helpful, and approachable, even after a helper is employed by your family.
They specialise in Myanmar helpers and have a training school there. Locally, he employs a Myanmar administrator who acts as an intermediary should you have any concerns. We had a ready selection of Myanmar helpers and found our helper almost instantly.
We are happy with our current helper who keeps the house very well tidied. I would highly recommend him to others.

We hired a helper from this agency in Jan 2023. So far, the helper has turned out to be exactly what Mr. Lee, the owner, advised. She is diligent, a fast learner, and, more importantly, has the right attitude.
Mr. Lee knows his helpers very well. He listens attentively to what my family required and then makes his recommendations to us. Not only that, he has been following up with me on the helper's progress and makes prompt calls to the helper whenever my family has feedback. This ensures the helper understands what she has done wrong and corrects herself immediately. We are impressed by the service.
Their agency is also very transparent about the cost, and it is actually quite reasonable. This is unlike the exorbitant fees charged by my previous agencies!
