Overall, my experience with this agency is positive, and my helper is still with us in her 3rd year of service as of 2021. My helper has also developed from an amateur to a good cook as well as a medical caregiver. Do not expect fast miracles from a new helper within the first year of service. Give clear instructions and be patient during training. Maintain open communication and understanding with one another.

Mr. Lee is very helpful with getting our Myanmar helper to take care of my mum. He is very personable, caring, extremely helpful, and approachable, even after a helper is employed by your family. They specialise in Myanmar helpers and have a training school there. Locally, he employs a Myanmar administrator who acts as an intermediary should you have any concerns. We had a ready selection of Myanmar helpers and found our helper almost instantly. We are happy with our current helper who keeps the house very well tidied. I would highly recommend him to others.
