It was a good store with lots of varieties. Generally, service standards can be improved, though I was personally very impressed by Ann's service. She is very helpful, patient, and honest.

I saw a pair of shoes, tried them on, and decided to buy them at the 'x' price. The cashier then stated it was not the 'x' price but the 'x+10' price. However, the label on the shoes clearly showed the 'x' price. The cashier suggested they might have printed a wrong price tag. Yet, the tag on the shoes displayed the 'x' price with the model number, not 'x+10'. After I paid the 'x+10' price, I decided to cancel the purchase. The customer service was poor; the cashier had a zombie-like expression. It's not worth buying there with such an attitude. It's as if a smile would cost them a million.

The experience here—at the clothing outlet—is very different from the shoe outlet just around the corner.
Everyone here is positive and enthusiastic. Stocks are well replenished and constantly arranged. You feel attended to and appreciated.
Whereas at the shoe outlet, it seemed that the lone girl at the cash register had to do everything else—resulting in poor service and customer experience.
We walked in just to browse but ended up buying a few pieces of polo shirts with embroidered logos and tees. And the discounts are fantastic.

This Hush Puppies outlet sells only clothing for men, ladies, and kids. The shop is spacious and located in the Basement 1 area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will go the extra mile to assist customers, even checking other outlets if a size you want is not available in their store. All the clothing is well-arranged for customers to view and choose. The prices are very affordable.

I would have given less than one star, if possible, due to the bad attitude of the cashier (who has a foreign accent) at Hush Puppies IMM. She accused me of not paying for an item that was not included by their staff when I exchanged the purchase for a larger T-shirt size. Hush Puppies should provide proper training to their staff, regardless of employment status or nationality. This was a very bad experience at Hush Puppies IMM on May 4. It's ruining my day!!!

There were two separate outlet stores in IMM. One was for shoes and bags, while the other was for apparel.
The stores do have a wide range of products at discounted prices. However, do check the quality of the products before making your purchases. Loose threads were common.
The staff's attitude can be significantly improved. Especially the female staff at the apparel outlet. Please assist customers if they require help in locating specific sizes.
