I saw a pair of shoes, tried them on, and decided to buy them at the 'x' price. The cashier then stated it was not the 'x' price but the 'x+10' price. However, the label on the shoes clearly showed the 'x' price. The cashier suggested they might have printed a wrong price tag. Yet, the tag on the shoes displayed the 'x' price with the model number, not 'x+10'. After I paid the 'x+10' price, I decided to cancel the purchase. The customer service was poor; the cashier had a zombie-like expression. It's not worth buying there with such an attitude. It's as if a smile would cost them a million.

I would have given less than one star, if possible, due to the bad attitude of the cashier (who has a foreign accent) at Hush Puppies IMM. She accused me of not paying for an item that was not included by their staff when I exchanged the purchase for a larger T-shirt size. Hush Puppies should provide proper training to their staff, regardless of employment status or nationality. This was a very bad experience at Hush Puppies IMM on May 4. It's ruining my day!!!

There were two separate outlet stores in IMM. One was for shoes and bags, while the other was for apparel. The stores do have a wide range of products at discounted prices. However, do check the quality of the products before making your purchases. Loose threads were common. The staff's attitude can be significantly improved. Especially the female staff at the apparel outlet. Please assist customers if they require help in locating specific sizes.

Do not recommend their shoes. It stains your feet, and it's hard to clean them. Other brands do not have such issues. Definitely not worth $110!!

It was a good store with lots of varieties. Generally, service standards can be improved, though I was personally very impressed by Ann's service. She is very helpful, patient, and honest.

The experience here—at the clothing outlet—is very different from the shoe outlet just around the corner. Everyone here is positive and enthusiastic. Stocks are well replenished and constantly arranged. You feel attended to and appreciated. Whereas at the shoe outlet, it seemed that the lone girl at the cash register had to do everything else—resulting in poor service and customer experience. We walked in just to browse but ended up buying a few pieces of polo shirts with embroidered logos and tees. And the discounts are fantastic.

This Hush Puppies outlet sells only clothing for men, ladies, and kids. The shop is spacious and located in the Basement 1 area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will go the extra mile to assist customers, even checking other outlets if a size you want is not available in their store. All the clothing is well-arranged for customers to view and choose. The prices are very affordable.

We told the chubby saleslady that the shoe had mold, but she just wiped it off and then passed the same shoe to us. Anyway, we bought another one. A long-haired saleslady was very friendly and helpful; she deserves five stars.

Authentic Hush Puppies outlet with a variety of soft and durable socks. They also offer a variety of sportswear and other garments. The products are high-quality, complemented by knowledgeable, approachable staff and warm service. Conveniently located at IMM, it's within walking distance via a covered pathway to Jurong East MRT, the bus interchange, Ng Teng Fong Hospital, JEM, Westgate, and Big Box. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining, shopping, banking, supermarkets, a library, cinemas, entertainment, groceries, sundries, postage services, a community centre, and other amenities. The ambience is friendly, cozy, comfortable, and welcoming, suitable for romantic intimates, groups, students, expats, locals, visitors, and families.

The young saleslady who served us at IMM provided very good customer service. She was friendly and patient. As it is an outlet store, we understand that not all sizes are available. At first, my hubby (reg size 42.5) tried size 43, but it was evidently too loose. The lady asked my husband to look around, to see if there was something else he might like. My husband admired the comfort of the shoe he was trying on and asked the saleslady if other outlets had his size. The lady checked for him, even if it meant she was going to lose a customer. In the end, my hubby tried the same design but in size 41, and to our surprise, it fit him well. Without a doubt, we bought it. As a customer, we don't only look at the item we are buying but also how we are served. Hush Puppies should value staff like her. She is a gem.

I would like to thank Ms. Ann for her friendly, helpful, and excellent service. She is not the type to show an unhappy face if you don't buy anything after she has served you. I told her that the bag in her showroom was the best thus far, and I would like to look around first before buying. She agreed and said that it's good to look around. I like her attitude and told my mum that I would come back to her. This is why, after going around IMM and not finding one that I liked, I came back to her and bought three bags from her. Thank you, Ms. Ann. Be top-notch; be different from the majority.
