I requested an exchange due to cracks found on my Razer mouse after I brought it home. However, the Malaysian male staff (bald head with specs) who attended to me previously refused the exchange and was very rude. The issue was resolved by another polite staff member. I had a very unpleasant experience with this outlet and never wish to step foot in it again.

I would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered some stuff from them, and they delivered yesterday. The items were faulty. I called customer service and waited for 15 minutes. The first male staff member who took the call didn't know about the exchange policy and kept making me wait. I asked if I could just go down to the store to do an exchange, but apparently the staff didn't know what to do. So I had to ask for his supervisor, Joy. Joy wasn't helpful either; she even called me by the wrong name. I told her I would never buy any stuff online from Hachi Tech, as I would rather go down to a physical store to get it since it's much more convenient. To exchange online purchases, you can only go to certain designated stores, not all of them.
Rule of thumb: Buying online is a matter of luck; getting a faulty product is a matter of luck; and getting it exchanged after spending additional time going down to a designated Challenger store is also a matter of luck. Good luck then.

Rude staff. Staff offered to ask the customer in front of me to join a membership. So I asked if he could call his colleague to open the next counter, as I was only exchanging an item. He then replied, “I cannot call them, because they’re busy.”

I would agree with a lot of reviews here and give it zero stars. This branch has some of the rudest staff ever assembled. The cashier was insisting I get a ValueClub membership. He asked twice, and I answered no. Then, all of a sudden, he made that smirk face while mentioning the total amount. Just because someone doesn't want to get a membership doesn't mean the cashier is entitled to belittle the customer. I hope Challenger takes a look at these reviews.

Bought my daughter’s HP notebook from IMM Challenger.
Returned to ask if the notebook could be supported by a docking station. The male staff member responsible for the HP notebooks section was very rude and didn't even bother to find out. Simply answered “don’t know as we have never tried it before” and walked away without any proper closure.

Went down to Challenger IMM to check out the Acer Aspire 14 AI laptop. The staff member who attended to me was shockingly unhelpful — coarse, rude, and had absolutely zero product knowledge. I genuinely don’t understand what he’s even hired to do.
While his colleagues were busy helping customers, this guy spent his time digging his nose and creepily staring at girls instead of doing his job.
It was a really disappointing experience. This isn’t what I expect from a tech retailer.

I went there to shop for a particular Canon printer some months back. Initially, I was unable to find the exact model, as there was a wide **assortment** of different brands **on display**. Thankfully, I was approached by a retail staff member who patiently took time to check for me and eventually found it. Their services were great and commendable.

Staff were not very helpful, although we showed interest in buying speakers. This is not an outlet shop, so most items are retail priced. They sell a good range of products, from phones to laptops to speakers. There are also demo sets for you to test before purchasing many items.
